You can register for the online program below: If you have received a ticket for a motor vehicle violation you may need to take the Driver Improvement Program (DIP). Some people choose to take this program prior to their court date as a sign of proactive rehabilitation. Other violators with 3-5 points can be required to take a DIP program. Our program is an online only program. If you are under 18 you are not allowed to take an online program. Once you have completed the online portion of DIP you will need to schedule an appointment to take the final exam (20 questions) at our Owings Mills office.
You will need to bring a photo ID, you printed certificate of completion and payment of $75 (cash or credit card only) Testing is usually scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 2pm – 5pm. Final Exam Testing Locations Due to MVA program requirements, you are required to take your Maryland Driver Improvement Program Final Exam in person, at one of our designated Testing Locations. Please note your final exam will be administered electronically using YOUR smartphone, tablet or laptop. Therefore, you must bring a smartphone, tablet or laptop – that has cellular network connectivity or Wi-Fi capabilities, with you to your AAA testing location. Wi-Fi enabled devices can access the Internet using AAA’s wireless network.
